The space is great for meetings, retreats, and group counseling.

Hourly: $50/hour for non-profits + businesses

Full Day: $150 non-profit

Full Day: $200 business/for profit

Grassroots groups: By donation: $10-$20/hour

Are you looking for an affordable space for your workshop, training, meeting, or day retreat? 

The Training Room in Keystone Commons is a 725 square foot space that is perfect for meetings and trainings. COVID safety precautions: air purification has been installed in the HVAC system and the room has two large windows that open along with a door. The training room has outdoor access to the parking lot as well.

Amenities Include: 

  • Wifi access

  • Open catering policy (you may bring in your own food and snacks)

  • Use of kitchen including refrigerator and stove to store or prepare food

  • Onsite Fetco coffee brewing with 2 air pots (you provide ground coffee)

  • 15 seminar tables (6 ft by 18 in) (additional size tables available)

  • 40+ chairs of varying sizes/comfort levels (Includes 6 Hercules chairs with 800 lb. weight limit, all bodies are welcome at Keystone!)

  • Projector & screen

  • Whiteboard

  • 3 gender neutral restrooms near training room including 1 ADA restroom  (5 restrooms total in the building)

Parking: There are 6 parking spaces out front along with one ADA spot. During regular business hours, we try to reserve a few of those parking spots in front for clients who are visiting their counselors at the space. There is a back parking lot that fits about 8 cars along with street parking along NE Oregon.
